Reporting to the Global Sales Director, the International Sales Manager (English) will spearhead Medplus’s expansion across key overseas markets for medical-device consumables. You will translate global market intelligence into actionable strategies, own full-cycle sales from prospecting to contract closure, and build a high-performing team that consistently exceeds revenue targets while safeguarding brand reputation and regulatory compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree or above; fluent written and spoken English for high-stakes negotiations.

• Minimum 5 years of proven international sales success in the medical-device sector, with a verifiable record of opening new markets and growing share.

• Strategic mindset: able to craft data-driven go-to-market plans, manage complex tenders, and optimize channel mix.

• Demonstrated team-leadership experience—recruiting, coaching, and scaling a cross-border sales force.

• Sharp analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills under tight deadlines.

• High integrity, resilience, and a genuine commitment to Medplus mission of “dignity for healers, respect for patients”.
